Key Responsibilities

Transportation & Logistics

• Transport staff, consumables, and hospital equipment
• Provide transportation for the Head of Office, employees, and visitors
• Facilitate airport pick-ups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits
• Pick up and deliver flight tickets
• Deliver correspondence and consumables to other branches
• Deliver payment transfers to the bank and suppliers

Vehicle Maintenance & Management

• Manage service vehicle maintenance and arrange minor repairs as necessary
• Schedule annual vehicle examinations with the Transportation Department
• Apply for vehicle license renewals
• Check oil and tire condition regularly
• Keep service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside
• Track timely car insurance renewals
• Maintain daily log books for each service vehicle
• Update monthly mileage records

Administrative Support

• Act as backup receptionist during lunch hours and as needed, including answering phones and visitor registration
• Distribute mail (incoming and outgoing)
• Assist with office purchases and postage
• Assist with meeting room rearrangement for various meetings and events
• Perform occasional handyman jobs within the office
• Support the Administration Section as a messenger
• Maintain a register of incoming visitors
