Position Summary

DreamCity Properties is seeking a seasoned Driver with a proven track record of safety and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of company staff, clients, and materials. A thorough knowledge of Lagos routes, traffic conditions, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry's operational demands are essential for this role.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Residency Requirement: Candidate must reside in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and punctually transport company staff, clients, and executives to various locations, including property sites, meetings, and airports
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure the car is in good working condition (oil, water, brakes, tires)
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance and coordinate with authorized service centers for scheduled servicing and repairs
• Keep the company vehicle clean, presentable, and fueled at all times
• Plan routes and trips effectively to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely arrivals, utilizing knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns
• Assist with delivery and pickup of important documents, packages, and marketing materials to and from properties, clients, and partners
• Provide logistical support for property open houses and marketing events, including transporting signage and materials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbook of all journeys, trips, and vehicle maintenance records
• Adhere strictly to all company policies, Lagos State traffic laws, and road safety regulations
• Exhibit the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality when dealing with clients and company business

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE), OND, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in corporate or real estate settings
