Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and safety-conscious School Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring the safe and timely transportation of pupils, staff, and materials, while maintaining the highest standards of discipline, courtesy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport pupils and staff to and from school, excursions, and official engagements
• Ensure the school vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy
• Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and school transport policies
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and promptly report any mechanical issues
• Maintain accurate trip records and support logistical activities as required
• Assist pupils during boarding and drop-off, ensuring their safety and comfort

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification
• Valid Driver's License
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience, preferably in a school or corporate environment
• Must reside in Abeokuta
• Excellent knowledge of road safety rules and local routes
• Ability to communicate effectively and relate well with children and parents
