Job Summary

Adron Homes & Properties Limited seeks a dedicated Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services. This role involves conveying staff, clients, and company materials, maintaining assigned vehicles in excellent working condition, and ensuring compliance with company transport and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely drive company staff, clients, and guests to and from designated locations as assigned
• Ensure vehicles are always clean, well-maintained, and in good working order
• Conduct routine checks on assigned vehicles (oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and promptly report any faults or required repairs
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel usage, and mileage records
• Ensure adherence to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety standards
• Assist in delivering or collecting official documents, parcels, or materials between offices or project sites
• Provide support during company events, inspections, and client site visits
• Ensure the safe custody of all company vehicles, accessories, and assigned items
• Promptly report any accidents, delays, or incidents to the supervisor
• Display professionalism, courtesy, and maintain a positive company image at all times
• Perform any other driving or administrative duties assigned by management

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• Valid Driver's License and LASDRI certification (for Lagos operations)
• 3 – 5 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or real estate organization
• Excellent knowledge of road networks, traffic rules, and routes within Lagos and neighboring states
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit, disciplined, and reliable
• Neat appearance and good sense of responsibility
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
