About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as a Drilling/Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III. In this position, you will provide expert technical guidance on subsea drilling and well intervention engineering activities, ensuring all work is executed in accordance with company specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Main Functions

As Subsea Advisor, you will:

• Comment on and provide advice regarding discipline engineering work performed internally and by contractors and sub-contractors
• Facilitate effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines aligned with team goals, objectives, and procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely communication among the team and other company functions regarding discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues
• Demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills alongside technical expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as company representative for interfacing with subsea tree, hangers, wellhead, and subsea pressure control equipment (subsea BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, LWI) during planning and execution phases of subsea drilling, completion, and well intervention projects
• Lead coordination of surface integrity tests (SITs) and witness recertification, factory acceptance, and extended factory acceptance testing (FAT/EFAT)
• Coordinate subsea equipment and ROV aspects of drilling, completion, and well intervention risk assessments
• Prepare brownfield surveys and subsea equipment deployment and retrieval procedures, including ROV tooling and related procedures
• Monitor subsea equipment and ROV service providers, provide project management support, and troubleshoot subsea pressure control equipment issues

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a closely related position
• In-depth knowledge of subsea completion, workover, and light well intervention operations
• Extensive experience with semi-submersibles, jack-ups, and multipurpose vessels
• Project management and interface development capabilities
