Drilling / Well Intervention Subsea Advisor III

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Subsea Advisor III to provide technical oversight and advisory support for subsea drilling, completions, and well intervention activities. The role ensures all engineering work aligns with Company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Company on subsea trees, hangers, wellheads, and subsea pressure control equipment (BOPs, SSTT, CWOR, LWI)
• Lead SITs and witness FAT/EFAT and recertification processes
• Coordinate subsea equipment and ROV risk assessment activities
• Prepare brownfield surveys and deployment/retrieval procedures
• Monitor subsea and ROV service providers and troubleshoot pressure control equipment
• Manage subsea interfaces during drilling, completion, and intervention operations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience in subsea completions, workovers, and light well intervention units
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic modeling, well surveillance, well testing, multiphase metering, artificial lift optimization, and flow assurance
• Proven leadership, technical judgment, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English
• Willingness to travel and work offshore in demanding environments
