## Title: Drilling Logistics Lead III

About the Role

As a Drilling Logistics Lead III within the Projects, Drilling & Exploration Procurement group, you will have overall responsibility for providing logistical and materials management services. You will manage day-to-day logistical operations, implement logistics strategies, supervise drilling logistics contractor staff, oversee material control functions, manage inventory, and coordinate material movements to offshore and onshore rig locations. You will work under the day-to-day direction of the Drilling Operations Superintendent in-country and report to the Drilling Superintendent for functional matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review Drilling Programs for each rig and well to determine and list equipment, tools, and materials requirements according to Drilling Instructions and Equipment Allocations
  • Ensure daily site requirements are met and maintained
  • Maintain appropriate and safe storage of company-owned drilling equipment and tools
  • Ensure timely replenishment of equipment through purchase, fabrication, and repairs by contracted companies
  • Supervise drilling logistics contractor staff
  • Implement and execute logistics strategies
  • Coordinate material movements to offshore and onshore rig locations

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree plus formal training in mechanical trades
  • Experience in supply and logistics, preferably in international frontier operations
  • Experience in Operations, preferably in drilling support activities and related materials, equipment, and services
  • Proven experience starting up new operations in remote frontier regions
  • Experience with material handling equipment (cranes, forklifts)
