Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Domiciliary Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will ensure continuity of care, promote patient well-being, and deliver professional clinical support in line with established medical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor, assess, and record patients' health conditions
• Educate patients and family members on care plans, hygiene, and recovery management
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards during home visits

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification
• Valid practicing nursing license
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-qualification clinical experience (community or home-based care experience is an advantage)
• Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
