## Title: Dog Food Sales Manager

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth in the pet food industry. You will be responsible for driving sales strategy and expanding market presence for our dog food products in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to drive performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Expand market share for dog food products
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

Required Qualifications

  • First degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, or Nutrition
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience with an agro-allied company
  • Background in Animal Science (preferably in FMCG, Pet Food, or Animal Feed industry)
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred Qualities

  • Genuine passion for pets and dog lovers
  • Knowledge of animal nutrition
