Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and reliable dispatch rider to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery and collection of official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items. Your role is critical to maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely delivery of products and materials to designated locations
• Collect official documents and materials as required
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety policies
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries in the riders logbook
• Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and stakeholders
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Conduct routine inspections of assigned company motorcycles
• Optimize delivery routes for efficiency
• Handle and secure items properly during transit to prevent damage or loss
• Be adaptable to changing delivery requirements and priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience as a dispatch rider or relevant position
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Familiarity with relevant routes in Lagos
• Must reside around Ajao Estate, Mafoluku, Ejigbo, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Anthony, Maryland, Gbagada, Isolo and surrounding areas
• Polite demeanor and ability to get along with people
• Observation of all HSE driving-related policies
• Responsibility for updating motorcycle documents and ensuring they remain valid
• Ability to perform daily motorcycle inspections and maintenance
• Ability to properly secure motorcycles when left unattended

Compensation

Salary Range: ₦80,000 basic salary plus performance bonus
