Dispatch Rider - ESOSA Food System, Lagos

We are seeking a reliable and courteous Dispatch Rider to ensure timely delivery of our premium bread products to customers and distribution partners. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of customer service and represent the Esosa brand with professionalism and integrity during every delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver premium bread products to customers.

• Ensure that deliveries are completed on time and in excellent condition.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proper documentation.

• Follow assigned routes and schedule as set.

• Inspect the delivery bike regularly and report any mechanical issues or needed repairs.

• Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.

• Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delays, road issues, or customer feedback.

• Ensure proper handling and hygiene standards of bread products during transportation.

• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Required Qualifications: & Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND.

• Valid rider’s permit and up-to-date vehicle documents.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of dispatch or delivery experience, preferably in FMCG or food industry.

• Good knowledge of Lagos roads and traffic patterns.

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver in a timely manner.

• Physically fit and mentally alert.

• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
