Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to drive the Innovation pillar through capacity-building, certifications, training, research, and thought leadership. This role strengthens Nigeria's fintech talent pipeline and positions the Fintech Association of Nigeria as an education and knowledge authority.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Certification Development
- Develop professional certification programs in fintech, compliance, risk, and emerging technologies
- Manage curriculum creation, accreditation partnerships, and faculty engagement
- Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and course delivery processes
Professional Services & Advisory
- Lead consulting, advisory, and technical assistance programmes to the government and private sector
- Build a pool of experts to support member organisations, regulators, and partners
- Develop professional toolkits, frameworks, and industry guidance materials
University & Youth Ecosystem Engagement
- Launch and manage fintech clubs in top universities
- Organise hackathons, challenges, and internship pipelines
Research & Insights
- Produce annual fintech industry reports and sector analyses
- Build the association's knowledge repository and insights platform
Programme Leadership
- Deliver masterclasses, workshops, and professional seminars
- Develop partnerships with global learning bodies
Required Qualifications & Skill Set
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Technology, Finance, or related fields
- Certification in training & development, curriculum design, or project management
- 7+ years of experience in learning, HR development, or program management
- Strong research, curriculum development, and facilitation skills
- Experience in building education partnerships or edtech products
