## Title: Direct Sales Executive

Job Summary

The Direct Sales Executive (DSE) is responsible for driving sales growth of all ipNX retail products (FOS) within an assigned territory. The successful candidate will recruit new subscribers through personal engagement and strategic follow-up, develop strong relationships with key stakeholders including estate managers and facility managers, and win back churned customers to rebuild broken relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit a minimum of 30 new subscribers every month
  • Negotiate terms of agreements to a satisfactory level and close sales with minimal supervision
  • Maintain and grow a prospect pipeline, submitting daily reports with 10 unique prospects
  • Conduct route mapping to identify potential and existing customers within assigned territory
  • Execute cold calling campaigns to engage potential customers
  • Act as brand ambassador and first point of contact for potential customers
  • Submit all sales reports on a weekly basis
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Team Lead and fellow DSEs
  • Provide excellent customer service and report customer feedback during weekly meetings
  • Work a minimum of 3 weekends per month
  • Attend all mandatory sales training and weekly meetings
  • Adhere to ipNX policies and standards when on premises and dealing with customers

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • HND in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in telecoms or FMCG sector
  • Knowledge of retail market dynamics, competitor behavior and strategy, and product management
  • Understanding of communications networks
  • Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Field sales experience with a consistent track record of achieving sales targets
