Position Overview
We are seeking experienced and target-driven Direct Sales Agents to join a reputable commercial bank. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales of the bank's financial products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of the bank's financial products to new and existing clients
- Acquire and onboard new customers
- Maintain strong and lasting client relationships
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct sales within a financial services institution
- Currently working in a financial services company as a Direct Sales Agent
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must reside within Lagos or its immediate surroundings
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: N106,000 net monthly
- Attractive commission on products sold
- 13th Month Salary
