Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and result-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our client's team in a dynamic investment banking environment. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales of financial and investment products, managing client relationships, and achieving business growth targets.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a financial institution or investment bank
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, HND, or B.Ed) in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven understanding of financial securities products and experience with financial products such as account opening or loan management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, particularly within the financial sector
- Strong relationship-building abilities and high level of integrity
