## Title: Direct Sales Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Direct Sales Agent to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products and services. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting assigned sales targets while building lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new customers for banking products
Actively market and sell assigned banking products to individuals and businesses
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Ensure full compliance with bank policies, KYC requirements, and regulatory standards
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and referrals

Requirements

OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
Age 35 years or below

Compensation and Benefits

N107,000 per month plus commission
Health Maintenance Organisation (HMO) coverage
13th Month bonus and Leave allowance
