We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Position Overview:
  • Our client is seeking an highly motivated and target-driven Direct Sales Agent with a proven track record in luxury selling to join their team.
  • You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting high-net-worth clients.
  • You will be responsible for promoting their luxury medical aesthetic services, meeting sales targets, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage high-net-worth individuals to promote and sell the company's services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic selling and relationship building.
  • Provide tailored consultations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our luxury medical aesthetic treatments.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaigns and leverage marketing initiatives to generate leads.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly sales reports, including client interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s services, offerings, and competitive advantages.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, ensuring a premium client experience at all touchpoints.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury selling, particularly to high-net-worth individuals.
  • A strong understanding of medical aesthetics and the ability to communicate its value to clients.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury or high-end market.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and the ability to integrate them into sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to prepare detailed and structured weekly sales reports.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Target-driven with a relentless focus on achieving sales goals.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of high-net-worth client needs.
