## Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – SEM/PPC

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEM/PPC to join our team. Digital marketing is a core component of our marketing strategy, and the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing our digital marketing ad accounts across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across media channels including KOL partnerships, local websites, and DSP platforms to acquire new users
  • Establish partnerships with promotion vendors, payment vendors, and other business cooperation opportunities locally
  • Set up processes and maintain Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and DSP ad accounts
  • Build and launch advertising campaigns with strategic planning and execution
  • Create and test ad variations to identify top-performing creatives and continuously optimize results
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance with clear reporting on results, trends, problems, and opportunities
  • Evaluate analytics and ROI metrics to ensure campaign goals are consistently met
  • Identify trends and insights to maximize ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for performance improvement
  • Collect competitive information and provide constructive recommendations on product and innovation opportunities
  • Recommend content, link, and technical improvements to enhance SEO rankings for target keywords
  • Develop content initiatives and collaborate with website content specialists to implement SEO-optimized keywords that drive organic growth

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience planning and implementing successful SEO/SEM strategies
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns
  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketing certification from an accredited body
