Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and client conversion
• Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales
• Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility
• Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation (real estate experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and CRM tools
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills
• Results-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
