This role is highly data-driven and focused on growth. The ideal candidate understands how to build full-funnel digital campaigns, leverage paid and organic channels, analyse performance, and continuously optimise for better results in a regulated healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies (awareness → engagement → conversion → retention)
  • Translate business goals into measurable digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify growth opportunities across paid, owned, and earned channels
Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creatives, and campaign structure
  • Optimise campaigns for key metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
Campaign Management
  • Lead digital campaigns for SignalADoc products (e.g. Chat Service, Video Health Platform, App features)
  • Collaborate with social media, content, and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging
Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
  • Track and analyse performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CRM dashboards
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations
  • Use data to continuously optimise campaigns and improve conversion rates
Website, Funnel & Conversion Optimisation
  • Optimise landing pages, click-to-WhatsApp funnels, and user journeys
  • Improve lead quality and reduce drop-offs across the funnel
  • Work with product and engineering teams to support growth experiments
Audience Targeting & Retargeting
  • Build and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting funnels
  • Leverage user behaviour data (site visits, video views, chat initiations) for campaign optimisation
Compliance & Best Practices
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare advertising guidelines and data privacy standards
  • Work closely with clinical and legal teams to ensure accuracy of health-related messaging
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth roles
  • Strong experience running paid ads on Meta and Google (LinkedIn is a plus)
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation
