## Title: Digital Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and highly proactive Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team at Ultraviolet Microfinance Bank. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, brand visibility, and digital innovation — someone who can strategically position our brand across online platforms, drive customer acquisition, and maintain meaningful engagement with our audience.

This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skill — from designing campaigns that connect emotionally, to using insights and trends to boost performance and ROI. You will work closely with the Communication, Product, and Business Development teams to amplify our digital presence and communicate our brand story effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms — including social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
  • Plan and implement online campaigns that align with brand goals, product launches, and seasonal initiatives
  • Optimize campaigns using analytics, A/B testing, and performance reports

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that align with the brand's tone and identity
  • Ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all digital touchpoints
  • Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

Community Management

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers across all digital platforms
  • Build and maintain a vibrant online community that promotes trust, loyalty, and brand advocacy

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and provide insights on campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions
  • Use data to recommend actionable improvements and guide strategic marketing decisions

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and professional development
