Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Officer to join DynamicPlus Advisory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic to generate leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
• Monitor and report performance metrics (e.g., web traffic, lead generation, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics
• Create and manage high-quality digital content for social media platforms, blogs, email newsletters, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with content creation and design teams to produce visually appealing and engaging content
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve search rankings
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and emerging platforms
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts
• Manage relationships with external vendors and digital agencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Digital Marketing Officer or similar role in a travel company
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant marketing tools
• Experience with SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and content creation skills
