Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms
• Manage and grow the company's social media presence
• Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
• Create engaging content and track performance metrics
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising
• Strong creative and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and time management abilities
• Proximity to Ikota is essential
