Digital Marketing Manager at Cowris Technologies

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with up to 5 years of experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions. You will work closely with our Product Portfolio Manager, Community Engagement Coordinator, and Graphics Designer to develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Design and produce high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for social and digital media communities
• Create engaging visual content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, including logos, color schemes, typography, and imagery
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute social media campaigns
• Work with the Product Portfolio Manager to design and optimize website content
• Create visual elements, such as icons, illustrations, and infographics
• Edit and retouch images and videos using modern design tools and technologies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing decisions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and digital marketing technologies
• Perform other duties as assigned by management, particularly in areas related to branding and marketing communications, to support company growth and objectives

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven track record of success in driving website traffic, generating leads, and increasing conversions
• Experience in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and Google Ads
• Familiarity with fintech or payment solutions (preferred)
• Proficiency with modern design tools and technologies
