Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to grow our online visibility and sales. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing digital content, running campaigns, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria (hybrid role with remote work flexibility)
Reports to: Creative Director

Key Responsibilities

• Manage website updates (Shopify/Wix): upload products, edit images, maintain accurate pricing and descriptions
• Plan and execute monthly social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the brand assistant on content calendars, reels, newsletters, and product storytelling
• Manage influencer gifting and brand partnerships in Lagos
• Create and analyse performance reports (web traffic, engagement, conversions)
• Manage email marketing (Klaviyo or Mailchimp) and basic SEO optimisation
• Support product launches, lookbooks, and marketing events

Requirements

• 2 years' experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce (fashion experience preferred)
• Strong copywriting and visual content skills
• Knowledge of Shopify/Wix, Canva, and social media scheduling tools
• Analytical mindset with understanding of engagement and conversion metrics
• Passion for storytelling, fashion, and brand aesthetics
