Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This role requires a mix of strategic marketing, analytics, and hands-on campaign execution, with direct responsibility for driving measurable business growth. You will focus on scaling our client base, optimizing funnels, managing paid campaigns, and ensuring that marketing efforts directly translate to sales and client bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Optimize website and landing pages for SEO, conversion, and lead capture
• Create and test funnels that convert leads into paying clients
• Build and test landing pages, funnels, and offers for higher lead-to-client conversion
• Run retargeting and remarketing campaigns to reduce churn and boost repeat purchases

Client Retention & Engagement

• Implement email and WhatsApp automation for client nurturing
• Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client engagement metrics
• Design loyalty and referral programs to boost client retention

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards
• Provide weekly and monthly reports with clear action points
• Use A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance

Retention & Growth Hacking

• Implement referral programs, loyalty campaigns, and membership upsells
• Drive organic growth strategies including SEO, YouTube, and blog content alongside paid efforts
• Continuously test new growth channels such as influencer platforms, niche communities, and podcasts

Content & Creative Collaboration

• Work with designers to produce high-converting ad creatives, motion graphics, and UGC-style videos
• Research and develop influencer and affiliate partnership opportunities
