## Title: Digital Marketing Team Lead – Real Estate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer with real estate expertise to join our team as a Team Lead. You will be responsible for creating and managing digital marketing campaigns while leading a small marketing team to drive growth and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects
Lead and guide a small marketing team
Run paid advertising campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Grow online presence and generate quality leads
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets

Required Qualifications

3+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 1 year in the real estate sector
Proven experience running paid ads and generating leads
Leadership or team management experience
Knowledge of SEO, social media, and analytics
Strong communication and creative skills
