An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns for our client in order to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and experienced in running high-performing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
  • ⁠Drive qualified leads through effective funnels and landing pages
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using digital analytics tools
  • Optimize SEO and manage website content where necessary
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to support property marketing and promotions
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
Job Requirements
  • Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, Bachelor's Degree with 2 years experience.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and lead generation strategies
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and sales funnels
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Ability to work on-site, Monday to Friday, in Ajah
