Description du poste
About the Role
This is an execution-focused position—not a content creation or strategy role. Senior leadership provides all strategy and core content. Your mission is to deploy and amplify a B2B digital campaign across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and our blog. You'll ensure brand consistency, maximize engagement, and drive leads with precision timing, working in a hybrid arrangement (remote with 2 days/week in-person at our Lagos office for team alignment).
About You
You're a disciplined executor who masters platform-specific best practices across X, LinkedIn, and Facebook. You maintain a professional tone, value discretion, and thrive in high-volume, time-sensitive environments. You excel at converting pre-defined content into flawless outputs. Familiarity with tax/compliance or B2B content is a plus. You're based in or near Lagos and can commit to 2 days/week in-person for campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy pre-defined content (threads, posts, infographics) using scheduling and design tools
- Amplify content with platform-specific teasers, polls, and emails tailored for logistics, construction, and digital services clients
- Uphold an authoritative, clear, and professional brand voice aligned with our Tax Arm's ICAN-certified expertise
- Monitor engagement, flag high-value leads (e.g., DMs for "TAX GUIDE"), and maintain a structured CRM list
- Deliver daily metrics reports (X, LinkedIn, Facebook) by 6:00 PM WAT, tracking engagement and lead conversion
- Attend in-person meetings in Lagos 2 days/week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday) for campaign reviews and lead follow-ups
Compensation & Benefits
- ₦200,000/month base salary for high-fidelity execution
- Performance bonuses tied to lead generation and engagement growth (e.g., 20%+ increase in DMs)
- Direct mentorship from senior leadership
