DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer at Parkway Project Limited

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage application development, software delivery lifecycle, and infrastructure development and administration
• Design and implement continuous delivery and DevOps solutions and architecture patterns
• Develop approaches and tooling for automated build, delivery, and release of software
• Certify compliance of on-site IT systems infrastructure to requirements and specifications for every solution deployment
• Administer and support web and database servers
• Perform internal and on-site deployment, patching, and system integration of software solutions in production environments and live service systems
• Manage overall IT day-to-day operations to improve infrastructure costs, performance, and end-user satisfaction
• Provide leadership in planning and managing computer operations, production support, systems and database administration, and network operations
• Log and document deployment configurations and system patching
• Deliver and administer technical support for deployed solutions in accordance with established service levels for clients
• Configure, support, and administer internal IT systems infrastructure

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure or Site Reliability Engineer
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile)
• Understanding of the .NET Framework
• Understanding of Extensible Markup Language (XML)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
