An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join ColdHubs Limited in a pivotal role combining grant management, monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Grant Management

• Identify funding opportunities and develop compelling grant proposals
• Monitor grant activities, expenditures, and reporting to ensure compliance with funding organization requirements
• Manage grant budgets and financial reporting in accordance with cost allocation and organizational financial policies
• Manage project implementation activities and prepare comprehensive implementation reports
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks associated with grants
• Prepare audits and provide internal control oversight to ensure organizational accountability
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all grant-related communications and agreements

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL)

• Design and implement MEL systems, frameworks, strategies, and tools to track performance against ColdHubs program goals
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess program outcomes and impact
• Conduct baseline surveys, field interviews, and other research studies
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including donors
• Document case studies, lessons learned, and best practices to inform program direction

Knowledge Management and Capacity Building

• Develop platforms and strategies for sharing knowledge and learning across teams, partners, and the organization to foster continuous improvement
• Provide training and guidance to staff and sub-recipients on grant management and compliance
• Train and mentor staff and partners in M&E techniques, data collection methods, and reporting standards
