A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦450,000 (depending on experience) Position Overview: The Designer will be responsible for developing creative and functional designs for wood joinery products, including furniture, cabinetry, and bespoke pieces. The role involves translating concepts into detailed technical drawings, collaborating closely with production teams, and ensuring designs are practical, manufacturable, and aligned with client requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create detailed designs, shop drawings, and technical drawings for wood joinery products, including furniture, cabinetry, and custom pieces.

• Material Selection: Recommend appropriate materials and finishes based on design requirements and client specifications.

• Prototyping: Collaborate with the production team to develop prototypes and ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing processes.

• Software Proficiency: Utilize CAD software and design tools, including V-Ray, Blender, and Revit, to create and modify designs efficiently.

• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or a related field.

• Proven experience in furniture or product design, preferably within a wood joinery environment.

• Proficiency in V-Ray, Blender, and Revit, along with other CAD and graphic design tools.

• Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, materials, and joinery methods.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
