## Title: Deputy Provost

Position Overview

Lily College of Nursing Sciences (LCNS) is seeking a highly qualified and visionary Deputy Provost to support the Provost in driving academic excellence, institutional growth, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty performance, and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with academic standards and promote student success
Foster innovation, institutional effectiveness, and stakeholder collaboration

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Master's Degree in Nursing and registration as a Nurse Educator
At least 5 years of progressive leadership experience in higher education
Proven track record in curriculum design, faculty management, accreditation, and policy implementation
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Integrity, professional ethics, and commitment to student-centered education
