About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Depot Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales operations at our depot. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive product sales and meet daily and weekly depot sales targets
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide comprehensive product information
- Manage sales documentation, invoices, receipts, and customer records
- Track customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain accurate stock movement updates in collaboration with the depot supervisor
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers to increase sales
- Conduct basic market feedback and share insights for business improvement
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the line manager
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth depot operations
Required Qualifications
- OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, depot/store operations, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory or sales recording tools
- Good numerical and reporting skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
