Position Overview

IBILE Microfinance Bank Limited is seeking a dynamic Deposits Mobilization Officer to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos State, Nigeria, focused on increasing organizational deposit levels through effective client acquisition and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire potential deposit clients within the Lagos community
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support deposit growth
• Provide comprehensive financial advice to customers
• Create innovative strategies to attract and retain customers
• Analyze financial products to ensure customer satisfaction and suitability
• Promote microfinance bank services and products within the community
• Collaborate with team members to meet organizational deposit mobilization targets
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven skills in customer acquisition and relationship building
• Demonstrated experience in growing customer deposits
• Experience in marketing, sales, and financial advisory services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with banking products and services, particularly within the microfinance sector
• Ability to meet deposit mobilization targets and work independently
• Knowledge of the Lagos State economy and ability to engage with its diverse community
• Previous experience in a similar role within the microfinance or banking sector (preferred)
