About the Role

We are seeking a proactive field marketer with a strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem. This position involves engaging dental clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and corporate prospects to promote our laboratory services. The role combines sales, client relationship management, field presence, and marketing support to expand the company's reach and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and onboard new clients for laboratory services
• Conduct field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and other prospects
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain ongoing client communication
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Track and report sales progress, client pipelines, and field feedback

Requirements

• ND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare or laboratory services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management capabilities and proactive approach
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement (preferred)
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes and ability to manage multiple field visits
• Demonstrated ability to achieve monthly sales and activity targets

• Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 (Gross)
