  • The Demi Chef de Partie will support meal preparation and bulk food production for airline clients, ensuring strict compliance with aviation catering and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook meals according to airline specifications
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and portion control
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP and hygiene standards
  • Support high-volume production and meet flight deadlines
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of food items.
Requirements:
  • 2–3 years’ experience in hotel, industrial, or inflight catering
  • Culinary certification is an added advantage
  • Good knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
