## Title: Demand Generation Manager - Abuja

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic demand generation and sales management position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales activities within the region to achieve agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives and procedures
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
  • Develop targeted sales strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts through presentations, trade shows, and events
  • Work with internal teams to develop and execute integrated sales strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines
  • Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets
  • Work strategically to increase awareness and utilization of company products

Required Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
  • Not less than 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and managerial roles
  • Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
  • Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and marketing skills
  • Computer literate
  • Valid driver's license

Qualifications

  • B. Pharm., B.Sc/HND in Biochemistry or related science course
  • MBA (desired)
