## Title: Demand Generation Manager - Abuja
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic demand generation and sales management position.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales activities within the region to achieve agreed monthly sales targets in line with company objectives and procedures
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, prescribers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention
- Develop targeted sales strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional efforts through presentations, trade shows, and events
- Work with internal teams to develop and execute integrated sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines
- Monitor sales performance and track progress against targets
- Work strategically to increase awareness and utilization of company products
Required Experience & Skills
- Demonstrable experience managing a sales team of at least 10 members
- Not less than 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and managerial roles
- Strong hospital and ethical brand marketing experience
- Self-directed and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and marketing skills
- Computer literate
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- B. Pharm., B.Sc/HND in Biochemistry or related science course
- MBA (desired)
