Position Overview
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for driving market demand, brand visibility, and product adoption across assigned regions. This role focuses on developing and executing data-driven marketing and sales activation strategies that support revenue growth, prescription demand, and market penetration for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement demand generation strategies aligned with company sales and growth objectives
- Drive product awareness and demand through coordinated marketing campaigns, trade promotions, and field activation programs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective execution
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage lead generation initiatives, promotional activities, and campaign performance tracking
- Coordinate with Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs) to optimize field performance
- Manage budgets for demand generation activities and ensure cost-effective execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, distributors, and partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 2–5 years' experience in demand generation, brand management, or sales/marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, prescription demand drivers, and regulatory considerations
- Proven experience in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
