About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Skyline International Tourism and Hospitality Ltd as a Delivery Rider. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from the restaurant and delivering them to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers at their specified addresses in a timely manner
• Check that orders are complete and accurate before leaving the restaurant, ensuring the correct items and quantities are delivered
• Handle cash and card payments from customers upon delivery and manage related documentation
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, and handle complaints if necessary
• Use navigation skills to find efficient routes and deliver orders on time, adjusting for traffic and weather conditions
• Keep the delivery vehicle (bicycle, motorcycle, or car) clean and in good working order, reporting any issues to management
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe deliveries for yourself and the public
• Perform additional tasks as needed, such as basic cleaning, assisting with restocking, or other back-of-house duties

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, if applicable to the vehicle used
• Clean record
• Good navigation and time management skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Physical ability to lift and carry orders when needed
