Position Overview
Society for Family Health (SFH) is seeking qualified and detail-oriented Data Quality Assessors (DQAs) to support the Data.FI project across selected states in Nigeria. The successful candidates will be responsible for validating data quality, ensuring accuracy and completeness of program data, and supporting client verification processes in line with established protocols. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in orientation and training for the Data Quality Assessment (DQA) exercise, including proper data collection procedures
- Review collected data to ensure compliance with established data quality standards and guidelines
- Identify, document, and report data discrepancies and inconsistencies in line with DQA protocol
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, and consistency using predefined criteria
- Properly document data validation findings and observations related to data collection
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to Data.FI DQA Site Team Leads
- Participate in client verification exercises, including listening to phone calls and documenting feedback
- Provide daily updates and reports to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to data privacy, confidentiality, and security protocols
Deliverables
- Completed DQA abstraction tool submitted to Data.FI at the end of each site assessment
- Completed phone call checklist submitted after client verification calls
- Signed consent forms
- Signed site feedback form summarizing site performance at the end of the assessment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of WAEC certificate
- Computer literacy with proven experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in Data Quality Assessment (DQA) using KoboCollect is an added advantage
