Analyse user engagement, feature adoption, and retention data to assess digital product performance.

Monitor customer behaviour, conversion funnels, and usage trends to enhance overall product experience.

Prepare management reports by identifying and stating trends, patterns, and predictions based on relevant data sets related to the digital platform.

Analyse data, provide insights, and make recommendations as needed on how to improve existing features and to support an actionable decision-making process.

Implement data quality monitoring that alerts the team of possible data issues, as well as monitor and troubleshoot operational or data issues in data pipelines.
