Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage dancers' daytime schedules, rehearsals, and rotations
• Ensure dancers are punctual, prepared, and in alignment with the club's program
• Coordinate with the House Mum and Head Sister for smooth daily operations

Welfare & Relationship Management

• Act as the first point of contact for dancers' concerns, needs, and professional support
• Foster a positive, safe, and respectful working environment
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and compliance with club policies

Operational Support

• Assist management with dancer-related logistics including costumes, appearance, and performance readiness
• Ensure smooth handovers between day and night operations
• Keep proper records of schedules, attendance, and related documentation

Conflict & Issue Resolution

• Address and escalate dancers' challenges in a timely and professional manner
• Mediate minor conflicts and provide guidance to maintain team harmony

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Human Relations, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced)
• Previous experience in hospitality, people management, entertainment, or HR support roles is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse personalities
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay composed under pressure in a nightlife/clubhouse environment
