## Title: Customer Success Lead

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Customer Success Lead to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify patterns, predict potential churn, and uncover opportunities for product or service improvements
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer success initiatives with company goals and ensure a cohesive customer journey
  • Manage customer crises and conflicts, resolving issues in a manner that maintains trust and prevents churn
  • Leverage customer data and success metrics to make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and develop targeted strategies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Insurance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success or account management
  • Experience working in an insurance firm or banking background
