About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success and Key Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is a hybrid role combining relationship building, strategic account planning, and revenue growth. You will drive exceptional customer satisfaction, ensure maximum adoption and value realization of our services, and proactively identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure key customer accounts renew their contracts and services by proactively managing their satisfaction and value realization
- Drive expansion revenue by identifying and closing new upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the assigned account portfolio
- Solidify executive-level relationships and demonstrate value through structured quarterly strategic reviews and high satisfaction scores
- Maintain expert knowledge of partner programs, capabilities, and incentives across major cloud and technology providers
- Collaborate directly with partner Account Managers and technical teams to build and execute joint account growth strategies (Co-Selling)
- Manage complete customer subscription lifecycle including onboarding, reminders, and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate records and manage customer subscription plans, including renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
- Oversee customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving any issues promptly
- Send subscription expiration reminders via email and phone calls two weeks before expiration dates
- Process payments, issue invoices, and manage customer billing information
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer success, account management, or related field
