  • We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative / CRM Executive to manage customer interactions and optimise CRM processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, and a passion for delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Utilise HubSpot CRM to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in customer service or CRM operations.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools; HubSpot experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced online marketplace environment.
