Customer Service / Sales Executive at AA Rescue

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service and Sales Executive to join AA Rescue in Lagos. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, drive sales growth, and build lasting client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve customer issues promptly
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service and/or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
• Positive attitude, resilience, and problem-solving mindset
