An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Role Description
  • This is a full-time on-site Customer Service Representative (French/English) role located in Lagos.
  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service in both French and English languages.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a reputable firm.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Fluency in French and English languages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
