Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service and support across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
- Ensure adherence to the bank's service standards and policies
- Assist customers with product and service information, transactions, and account management
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- OND/NCE/HND/B.Sc. in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- Previous customer service experience (advantageous but not mandatory)
