Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide product and service information, process orders and returns with accuracy and efficiency, and build lasting relationships with our customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process and close sales and transactions satisfactorily
  • Answer questions about company products and services
  • Collect, identify, and analyze customer feedback and complaints
  • Follow up with prospective and current customers on their use of products to ensure retention
  • Develop and document knowledge into helpful content
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas

Requirements

  • HND (Higher National Diploma) minimum
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong team player with good character traits and personality
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Customer-oriented with ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must reside within Okota, Ago, Isolo, and environs

Compensation

N100,000 - N110,000 monthly
